The Responsible Business Communications & Engagement [Executive/Specialist] is responsible for shaping and delivering an impactful communications strategy and associated plans that raise awareness of our Responsible Business approach both internally and externally. Additionally, maximising engagement with our internal and external stakeholders. You will play an invaluable role in helping us to articulate and define consistent messaging on Responsible Business and the varying elements (Environmental Sustainability; Inclusion & Wellbeing; and, Pro bono, Community & Philanthropy) across the UK, Ireland and Middle East region.

Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver the Responsible Business communications plans ensuring integration across the Firm
  • Lead the implementation of a clear Responsible Business message house and brand and ensure that all messaging is aligned and consistently applied across the Firm, working closely with the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager, Digital Media, PR, and, where appropriate, the Dentons Global brand and ESG team
  • Devise impactful and engaging multi-channel campaigns that generate high levels of emotion and feeling to drive and maximize engagement and impact at all levels and in all offices across the region.
  • Guide and support the Responsible Business team colleagues on appropriate communications tools and channels
  • Produce and deliver high-quality communications materials for both internal and external use e.g. RFP responses, award submissions, benchmark assessments, annual Responsible Business report monitor and report on the Responsible Business internal communications activity, employee engagement, and feedback
  • Work with the Responsible Business Team Assistant to keep the team pages of the intranet up-to-date, considering the structure to maximize engagement
  • Partner with our global colleagues, representing the region. Assist in the implementation of a global campaign in the region and collation of reports
  • Ensure that all activities are carried out in full compliance with our regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Working with the HRIS team to create regular, visually impactful Responsible Business reporting (headcount/progress v targets, etc.) to enhance data-driven decision-making and drive understanding and engagement 
Required experience, skills and attributes
  • Have developed compelling communications plans and campaigns through a variety of channels
  • The ability to tell engaging and powerful stories through words and visuals, and an understanding of the creative design process
  • Proven experience in leveraging communication to drive behavioral and ultimately a culture shift
  • Creative thinker and adept at storytelling
  • A self-starter: takes initiative and is able to own projects from start to completion.
  • Driven, energetic, positive, and passionate
  • Both a strong team players, whilst also able to work with a high degree of autonomy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and project management skills. Flexible with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels, managing multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable generating, analyzing, and utilizing data to maximum effect
  • Resilience and a sense of humor
