Purpose of role

Clients are at the forefront of Dentons Helix and we are looking for a Client Success Manager who will be responsible for Dentons Helix client legal teams. The Client Success Manager will ensure efficient delivery and identify opportunities to improve client service. You will work closely with Dentons Helix leadership, clients, and partners as we expand our solution to both existing and prospective clients. The role focuses on all aspects of delivery, process improvement, and innovation, with the goal of providing clients with an exceptional level of service.

Legal industry experience is not required for this role. 

  • Focus on building in-depth client relationships and act as the key point of contact for clients and a trusted first point of call for non-legal client queries and issue resolution
  • Lead and facilitate client meetings
  • Regular client reporting including financial, operational, and business insight reporting
  • Manage a team of operations analysts to support in the day-to-day operations work
  • Overall management of the operational aspects of client legal teams
  • Ensuring best practices across clients in line with agreed processes
  • Improve day-to-day efficiency and remove redundant processes for both operational and legal teams
  • Work with key stakeholders across the firm to embed consistent ways of working between the Helix and Private Practice teams, ensuring a seamless service is provided to our clients
Required experience, skills and attributes
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a related role (which may include account management, management consulting, legal project management, or project management, among others)
  • Demonstrable client-facing experience
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to lead effectively
  • Passion for client service
  • Highly commercial with the ability to critically analyze and present data
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to tight timescales. Good organizational and project management skills
  • Proactive and collaborative approach and ability to function effectively and efficiently in a fast-moving environment
  • Confidence with technology, with strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
