We now have an opportunity for an experienced Banking & Finance Associate to join our industry-leading and growing transactional Banking team. This is an exciting and challenging role and is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious banking lawyer looking to develop their knowledge and progress their career within a global firm.

You will work across a wide range of transactions, specifically leveraged finance, real estate finance, general corporate lending and global syndicated lending.

You will work directly with some of the world's leading Banks and Financial Institutions and collaborate with experts throughout the wider firm and across Dentons' international offices.  

You will have the support of an excellent team of PSLs and comprehensive legal training.  The firm also offers an structured personal and career development programme.

6yr+ PQE exceptional Senior Associate sought for a senior role in our Tier 1 ranked Banking and Finance practice in Oman and working closely with our leading Middle East Banking practice. 

Strong LMA and English law experience on both lender and borrower side work (with an additional mix of Islamic financing and project financing where possible).

Arabic is a bonus but not essential.

Good team player with a sense of adventure and an eagerness to build their profile in the local and regional market.
