• Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of financial accounts.
• Production of supporting documentation for the annual audits.
• Responsible for the maintenance of accurate ledgers and detailed reconciliations to support the worldwide balances and accounts of the firm.

• Assist in the preparation of the annual consolidated partnership accounts and LLP accounts.
• Preparation of annual accounts for the various other partnerships and companies within the group including the deconsolidated tax accounts.
• Liaison with auditors and ensuring that financial reporting deadlines are met.
• Preparation of detailed analyses from the financial accounts for tax computation purposes where necessary.
• Ensuring that audit entries / adjustments are accurately reflected in the accounting ledgers.
• Assistance in the preparation of quarterly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts for the London and UK registered overseas offices.
• Reconciliation of individual partners' current, capital and tax accounts and ensuring all recharges for insurances and loan capital interest are recorded accurately.
• Preparation of monthly drawings and quarterly distributions for UK and Irish partners.
• Prepare the monthly cashflow.
• Responsible for arranging partner capital loans and the annual capital movements following the allocation of partner points.
• To produce the WIP by matter partner report at year end for statutory accounts purposes.
• Provide cover and assistance to the Management Accounts team as required.
• To produce Consolidated Group balance sheet for management accounts pack every month.
• To prepare a monthly reconciliation between the trial balance and the management accounts for the profit each month.
• To work on ad hoc projects as required within the finance team and with other business services teams.
• Prepare the accounts and co-ordinate the audit for Dentons UK and Middle East Charitable Trust.
• Preparation of the Quarterly group VAT return for the UK.

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA.
• Excellent Excel skills (including charts and pivot tables).
• Knowledge of Elite/3E would be an advantage.
• Sound working knowledge of databases and Word and Powerpoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Methodical approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Can clearly explain problems and issues to others and contribute to their resolution.
• Able to prioritise and multi-task particularly when working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Collaborative with an ability to interact positively at all levels and a good team player.
• Able to demonstrate excellent customer facing skills.
