UK - Reward & Benefits Analyst, Human Resources

The department

The Reward and HRIS Team are a pivotal part of the overall delivery of our HR Strategy. The team collaborate with the business helping to shape our approach to reward, benefits, and data-driven decision-making. With the global roll out of SAP Success Factors due to hit the UK, Ireland, and Middle East region in 2023, this is an exciting time to join a busy but supportive team.

Purpose of role

To support the provision of professional reward & benefits solutions for the UKIME offices focusing on the implementation of reward initiatives and projects aligned to the strategic priorities of the firm.



  • Provide support and direction to the firm in maintaining and developing a market-competitive benefit offering
  • Delivery of benefits via the flexible benefits system ensures excellence in communicating those benefits to drive up participation and engagement
  • Support the service provided by third-party suppliers of benefits and rewards-related policies and products.
  • Maintain an awareness of up-to-date market information on current and future reward & benefit developments including those arising because of legislative changes


  • Work with the Head of Reward & Systems and HR Business Partnering team to review/implement reward programs, policies, and processes
  • Utilize a variety of market intelligence sources to ensure reward packages are appropriate
  • Provide expertise and advice on compensation-related issues
  • Make recommendations for proposals for changes to compensation
  • Assist with the analysis of market data and the planning, delivery, and implementation of the annual salary review process for all employees based in the UK
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis in relation to all UK roles, providing recommendations for change where necessary
  • Contribute to the overall reward strategy of the firm


  • Maintain the relationship between the firm and its pensions advisors ensuring clear communication and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Member of the pension governance committee

Projects & Other

  • Participate and where appropriate lead on reward-related projects as required
  • Provide advice and guidance on compensation packages and health and risk policies
  • Leverage the relationship with our health and risk providers to support the Dentons Health and Wellbeing Strategy
Required experience, skills and attributes
  • Graduate Calibre or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a reward or benefits role
  • Proven technical understanding of health and risk benefits
  • Practical understanding of benchmarking methodologies, particularly Willis Towers Watson
  • Good data manipulation skills, able to present data in a clear and concise method
  • Highly developed communication and organization skills
